The Spanish Peaks-Purgatoire River Conservation District is selling a Land Leveler by bid.
Land Leveler can be viewed at Tom Miller’s place on Hwy 350, Milepost 8. (Call if you need directions.)
Bids accepted via email only at [email protected] and should include name, phone number, and bid amount.
Bids due by August 31, 2026 by midnight MST.*
Bids will be reviewed at the September 3, 2026 Board of Supervisors meeting.
The winning bidder will be notified by September 11, 2026.

*The sale is subject to the following conditions and representations:
- Funds must be paid by cashier’s check to “Spanish Peaks-Purgatoire River CD” within 10 business days of notice of award and upon execution of the Bill of Sale with the District Manager.
- Land Leveler must be removed within 30 days of payment.
- Land Leveler is sold AS IS in its current condition and location.
- Removal of Land Leveler is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer is liable for any damages to the property as part of the removal. Please use proper equipment.
- All responsibility for the Land Leveler is assumed by the Buyer.
